  • Kate & Moving in small spaces completely changed my outlook on what it takes to work out efficiently. I always thought it had to be complicated and include an expensive gym membership, to really be efficient, but boy, was I wrong. All you need to do, to get the sweat on, is to log into Kate’s class via zoom, which you BTW can do from wherever you are. I have trained for years, but for the first time ever, I see my core muscles and I have never felt stronger and fitter, and I am even able to keep up with my fitness levels, when travelling for work, because Kate’s class is accessible from everywhere and you can do even in the smallest hotel rooms. I find it hard to imagine I will ever go back to the gym again!

  • 3.I started doing Kate’s classes during the first lockdown in April 2020. I am based in Melbourne Australia and it was a great activity to complete when the world was turning itself upside down. There is a good combination of exercises that have allowed me to see my improvements and new ones to continue to challenge. Kate gives corrections throughout the class which is so helpful. Each class is engaging, fun and challenging and I look forward to when I am able to tune in from Australia.

  • Barre with Kate has been my savior during the lockdown period. The class is very easy to follow on the screen, as Kate is very good at describing the different exercises. They are easy to learn, as the repeats ensure that you quickly get the basics, from which to build on, getting deeper into a stretch or better at a balancing act. I definitely work up a sweat at each session. Each class is a great 45 minutes of workout from home. The mix of Pilates and yoga positions means that I get a full body exercise. The mood of the class is great and positive throughout, and the 45 minutes pass by before you know it.

  • I’ve been working out with Kate for a few years, starting with outdoor sessions and later joining her online classes.

    Kate is a very experienced teacher, which is apparent by her professional attitude. She is good at motivating and even through the screen, she is aware of every participant and corrects you efficiently, while maintaining a good flow in the class. The workout is effective and I’ve never been stronger than after working with her. This is truly a workout, where everyone will benefit, no matter your personal level, as she gives great alternatives for higher or lower intensity.

    Starting the day with her workout gives me energy and makes me feel good the entire day.

  • Dear Kate. To be able to have training online, on the go, is priceless for me. I can be one of the three addresses I live and lock on anywhere I am. Your hardcore and an inspiration…which is exactly what I want.. it’s not a pretend to train course..it’s the real shit..and I’m a fan. I do recommend it for everyone…no matter age or gender!!

    It’s really good the sounds are of… for my heavy breathing . At the same time, it really feels like being with you all, and at the same time..- travel a bit..cause of the international touch by the participants.

  • I joined Kate’s Barre classes because I was looking for a convenient workout at home. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for- it was challenging, it required no equipment and I didn’t need to get a babysitter for my toddler, who could play in the background during class. My husband also joined the classes and with Kate’s extensive experience and knowledge she was able to modify the exercises according to our fitness levels and needs.

    What I have loved most about the classes is seeing the muscle tone and strength that has build up from regular attendance, the ease of working out at home and Kate’s approachable and friendly disposition. Highly recommend.
